The Dayton Fire Department has provided the following guideline for departments to use as an example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cleaning of Mobile Technology Devices will be done in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.\u00a0 The Dayton Fire Department\u2019s primary cleaning agents will be Sani-Cloth Disposal Cloths, Alcohol Prep Swabs, or Clorox Wipes.\u00a0 All units may be surface decontaminated by crews; however, the units are NOT to be submerged for cleaning.\u00a0 If the device is soiled beyond the ability to reasonably clean with the above procedures, the device will be taken out of service and sent to the Tech Unit for complete decontamination or replacement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
