This is a survey to evaluate the impacts on the Fire and EMS Services from the Coronavirus (COVID-19). This data will help evaluate the resources being impacted by this event. We ask that you fill out this survey each day, by 10am when possible. This survey is provided as a situational awareness resource tool for the State Emergency Operation Center (SEOC).
