Janssen EUA Fact Sheet for Recipients

Attached is the Janssen EUA Fact Sheet for Recipients.  Although not essential, it will help you move through the process quickly if you read the Fact Sheet before you arrive to be vaccinated. 

As the process moves on, EMS may get one of the three vaccines depending on where you are vaccinated.  Make sure you read the correct Fact Sheet.  More importantly, remember that your second shot (if required) must be the same “brand” as the first.

And if you are a paramedic or Advanced EMT who is assisting with vaccinations, remember that this is the short fact sheet.  Read the JITSO if you’re vaccinating!
